First Year Junior Leads National Series

04.05.07: After two events in the 2007 REYNOLDS/MICHELIN JUNIOR ROAD RACE SERIES young Welshman Luke Rowe is leading this prestigious competition. Luke, who is a future Olympic prospect, and is a podium development athlete, is currently leading overall by seven points. This is due to his consistent riding in these highly competitive events. The UK junior scene is looking very strong with some talented athletes developing nicely into accomplished riders. To be leading this competition at such an early age, this is Luke’s first official year in the age group, really shows his talents.
The next event in the series is the Isle of Man Junior tour taking part between the 4th and 6th of May. This is a super event and sure to be very tough and competitive.
